For years, Hardip has carried the dream of owning his own restaurant. To serve the celebrated family recipes in a diverse community. The Indian values of serving food for him has a spiritual meaning. He has never doubted that his skills and experiences will stand out and fulfill the need of the community to taste the authentic food from the streets of Punjab, sitting miles away from it. He has established a respectable name within the local community by working and managing One Stop Gas Station.
Serving loyal clientele for eleven years and becoming the go-to spot for craft beers, his personality shines out and has always provided to the customers and satisfied them.

Meet The Team of Tap N Tikka
Hardip (Owner/Operator) and Parveen Puri (Head Chef) bring both experience and formal training to the food service field. Hardip has 15 plus years of industry experience working as head chef at Indian Delhi Palace in Phoenix and currently managing a Shell Gas station at the corner of Ray Rd and Cooper Rd. Parveen Puri is an ex-Bollywood (Indian Film industry) chef having prepared food for many movie-stars over the years.
